Important Notice

We do not offer refunds. However, we provide free replacements for items that are damaged during shipping or have manufacturing defects. Please read the full policy below.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery.
  • Cancellation Timeframe: Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of order placement to be processed.

To cancel an order: Email us at support@wigrix.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds for any orders. All sales are final.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Products with minor variations in color or finish (due to the nature of 3D printing)
  • Orders delivered to incorrect address provided by customer

Replacement Policy

  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong product
  • Parts or components are missing from your order

How to Request a Replacement

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Send clear photos or videos of the damage/defect along with your order number. Include images of the packaging if damaged during shipping.

Wait for Verification

Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days and confirm your replacement eligibility.

Receive Replacement

Once approved, we will ship your replacement at no additional cost. Standard delivery timelines apply.

Photo/Video Requirements

For faster processing, please ensure your photos/videos clearly show:

  • The damaged/defective area of the product
